2009New beginning
Raised by a strong single mother, I learned early that leadership begins with the choices we make every day. In 2009, I immigrated to Canada and experienced firsthand the challenges of building a new life, finding my place, and creating opportunities through resilience, courage, and intention. Those experiences continue to shape both who I am and how I coach.
ServicePeople-centred career
Since graduating from university, I have dedicated my career to helping people lead more empowered and purposeful lives. My journey has taken me from supporting women in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside and helping newcomers establish their lives in Canada, to working with children, families, and community organizations to create meaningful and lasting impact.
LeadershipOrganizational leadership
As the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization, I provide strategic leadership, build high-performing teams, and work alongside community partners to create sustainable impact. I also serve as a Board Director for another nonprofit organization, giving me the opportunity to contribute to governance, long-term strategy, and organizational growth. These leadership roles have strengthened my understanding that true leadership is not about authority—it's about influence, service, and empowering others to succeed.
PerspectivePerspective shaped by experience
Throughout my career, one common thread has remained: helping people gain clarity, embrace growth, and step into leadership in their own lives. Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds has given me a deep appreciation for the unique challenges and strengths every person brings. As an immigrant woman, I understand what it means to navigate uncertainty, adapt to change, and redefine what is possible. This perspective allows me to connect with my clients with empathy, authenticity, and understanding.
